To qualify as an existing client, you need to have either had a new system installed by us, replaced an existing system through WestOz, or had your aircon serviced by our team. If you’ve worked with us before, you’re already eligible for AirCare!

We WestOz, we offer two service packages to keep your air conditioner in tip-top condition: Gold and Platinum. The decision comes down to how much attention your system needs and your budget. Both options ensure reliable performance, but our Platinum service goes beyond the basics to deliver premium care focused on system longevity and indoor air quality (notably by preventing calcium build up).
