The decision comes down to how much attention your system needs and what fits your budget. All options ensure reliable performance, but our Platinum service goes beyond the basics to deliver premium care focused on system longevity and indoor air quality (notably by preventing calcium build up).
Our Gold service package is a solid, all-round package that takes care of the key maintenance needs for your split system aircon. When you opt for the Gold package, you can expect:
- Fully qualified, experienced and knowledgable on site technician
- Indoor fascia removed and cleaned
- Indoor coil deodorised
- Outdoor coil and casing cleaned and cleared of debris
- Full system assessment & checkover of wall split system
- Return filter removed & cleaned.
- Condensate drain checked for blockages and flushed
- Full testing of compressor & unit current draw
- Basic education and tech tips on running the system

Both options ensure reliable performance, but our Platinum service goes beyond the basics to deliver premium care focused on system longevity and indoor air quality (notably by preventing calcium build up).
Our Gold service package is a solid, all-round package that takes care of the key maintenance needs for your ducted system. When you opt for the Gold package, you can expect:
- Fully qualified, experienced and knowledgable on site technician
- Full system assessment & checkover of Reverse-cycle ducted system

Both options ensure reliable performance, but our Platinum service goes beyond the basics to deliver premium care focused on system longevity and indoor air quality (notably by preventing calcium build up).
Our Gold service package is a solid, all-round package that takes care of the key maintenance needs for your evaporative system. When you opt for the Gold package, you can expect:
- Float valve and water level set to required level
- Complete asset list with condition report sent along with detailed photos
- Equipment condition report of system
- Fully qualified, experienced and knowledgable on site technician
- Full system assessment & checkover of evaporative AC ducted system
- Pads removed and thoroughly cleaned of debris
- Water basin cleaned and cleared of debris
- Dropper and ducting inspection for air leakage and water ingress
- Fan motor & complete current draw readings
- Complete asset list with condition report sent along with detailed photos
- Basic education and tech tips on running the system
Our Platinum service goes beyond the basics to deliver even greater care and longevity for your system. Along with all the benefits of the Gold package, Platinum includes:

Inspection and check over (tier 1 client)
If your air conditioning system isn’t working, we advise conducting an initial inspection to check for any major issues before starting the servicing. This helps ensure that you don’t invest extra time or money in servicing when significant repairs or replacement might be necessary.
- Fully qualified, experienced and knowledgeable on site technician
- Full system assessment & checkover identifying issues on the system. Once issue has been found we will advise best steps to rectify. If we can repair the system onsite we will advise and carry out with approval
- A full detailed report of works carried out, including detailed photos and equipment asset report. If the system requires parts, we will endeavour to assist with a competitive quotation once we have information from the manufacturer
- Our inspection fee is inclusive of 30 minutes labour, if the technician believes additional time will be required to successfully determine any issues on the system our standard 15 minute increments ($32.50+ GST) will apply with approval from client to continue troubleshooting
